The Sarona complex, a 140-year-old former Templar colony that has since been recently renovated to house a range of upscale restaurants, boutiques, is in our guide. But ! this month it opened a  a delectable market haven for foodies. Inspired by boutique markets from all over the world, such as Spain’s La Boqueria, London’s Borough Market, and two famous American markets, Eataly and Chelsea Market, the 8,700-square-meter market is set to house around 100 specialty food shops and eateries, from cheese shops and butchers to specialty chocolate boutiques, bakeries, and produce stores—the list goes on.
